Chromebook Repair:
Step 1. Log into the IT Self Service Portal
Step 2. Fill out a Property/Theft/Loss Damage report
Be sure to include: school, room/ IT# on computer, computer make AND model (even if they don't ask!)
IT will get back to you about repairing it.
If you want to know who the last users were, no one else can log into the computer and you need to request that information from IT as well.
